Design and fabrication of Bio-FET sensors
Carbon based structures like CNTs and Graphene sheets have unique features which makes their use in different fields more and more interesting. Exclusive structure and features of graphene sheets compared to other materials make it a goal target for different industries like: electronic devices, flexible electronics, spintronic, photonic, sensors, storage and conversion of energy. In addition other material properties like high mobility, high mechanical strength, flexibility, biocompatibility makes graphene a great candidate for integrating it into bio sensors, drug delivery and tissue engineering.

Design and fabrication of graphene based micro heaters on cryotop
In this projects we used a graphene based micro heater to enhance heating rate of vitrified embryos.
